JobHub started as the way we run our own electrical company, Foch An Electrical Co., here in South Louisiana.

We had the same problems every contractor has. Crews texting for the address. Materials nobody remembered ordering. Plans buried in somebody's email. So we built one place for all of it: the jobs, the crews, the materials, the photos, and the plans.

We still use it every day on our own jobs. Every feature in it is there because a real job needed it.

Paid plans start with 14 days free, no card needed. Hobby stays free after that. Need more users or storage? Add them to any plan.

Common questions

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can sign up and use JobHub free for 14 days without entering any payment info. We only ask for a card if you decide to keep using it after the trial.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes — for any reason, no questions asked. Cancel from your billing portal and you won't be charged again.

What if my crew isn't tech-savvy?

JobHub crew links work in any browser — no app to install, no login. You text them a link, they tap it, and they see exactly what they need for the day.

I've got a pile of spreadsheets and notes — can you help me move in?

Yes. If you've got extensive Excel files, job notes, supplier lists, or anything similar from your old setup, we'll help you onboard by importing it in bulk so you don't have to retype anything. Just email us with what you've got and we'll take it from there.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing portal. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference.

Is my data safe?

All data is stored securely with encrypted backups. Your jobs, photos, and PDFs are isolated to your company — no one else can see them.
